I had found one of these knives and loved it so much that I ordered one extra. The 2 knives are the only ones that I use in my kitchen. Sharp and easy grip.

It's small and comfortable to hold. Hollow grind prevents slices of meat and vegetables from sticking to the blade making it easy to get a consistent professional looking cut. I'm a bit picky about how sharp my knives are so the factory edge will get a makeover in my kitchen but it is suitable for most work that you might put on your cutting board.
