Great for reflex bags
Was actually able to fit 60 pounds of sand inside. I’m not using it for exercise so there isn’t no chance of tearing, but I fit it over the reflex bag and it worked like a charm. I can go full force with kicks and the reflex bag won’t fall

It works
Works great! Got a bag of sand from Home Depot and filled it on up. Have it hooked to my double end bag.

Great bag
Very strong, I will be ordering more. I own a boxing gym and have a lot of these, this is the best brand for durability . I’m adding to this review a few months later. I just purchased my fourth one.. the bag itself can fit all 50lbs of a sand bag in it, but don’t do that, the handles have trouble holding 50lbs if you want to do exercises with it. Mine never ripped but I could tell it was stressing it. You also don’t need more than 35lbs to support a double end bag. Some ppl say they filled their bags with water bottles instead of sand, I don’t like that, it slides around on my wrestling mats. Not enough water bottles fit in to support it if you use pretty tense cables and really get after the bag.I had one that I used and abused, had kids tossing it over there heads (on wrestlings mats) and it got a small rip in one of the seems, even after that it still works just fine and never ripped any more. I just wanted to make a note that it’s not meant to be thrown around. I give it a 5 start.A lot of the bags don’t have a hole through the middle so if the medal link rips off you just got a bag of sand. Iv had a lot of brands that that has happened to. (Everlast) but if that happens to one of these (it hasn’t yet) you can still put a base plate of wood under it and attach a little hook to the wood for the bungee cord. That’s what sold it on me originally.

Just as advertised.
Sturdy well-made anchor for heavy bag. Arrived on time. I use it for a double end bag. Perfect.

It is heavy!!!
I did not use this for its intended purpose. I am a musican and mic stands that have more than just a microphone on them (tray for harmonicas, microphones, etc.) tend to make the stand more likely to hit the stage.I simply put the "heavy bag anchor" over the stand on top of its origianl base. I did put about 30 pounds of pea peebles in heavy duty zip lock bags...result...stand is solid!

Great Bag
I purchased this to weigh down a punching bag that I purchased. It’s a great bag for hand conditioning as well.Instead of sand I filled mine with rice, rice is great for absorbing punches and it absorbs moisture way better then sand. We use rice in our Wing Chun wall bags.

Does just what it's supposed to
We have purchased a total of 5 of these to hold down the corners of our heavy bag stand. They are durable construction with a heavy duty zipper and a Velcro flap to go over the zipper. Once closed up, no sand has leaked from any of them. They also have convenient carry handles which made carrying to our workout room easy.Definitely recommended. It made more sense to us to use these soft, sand filled bags over using cast iron weights to avoid potentially stubbing a toe on the weights. They are rated to hold around 30lbs each. We started with 3 and added 2 more to help stabilize our 100lb heavy bag from being moved after my wife punches and kicks it like a pro kickboxer. It doesn't move now.
