Q: Will the non slip work in Hotpod yoga, temperature 36 degrees

I haven’t tried it for hot yoga, and would generally also use a non slip towel in that case. But I’ve not found the non slip aspect very efficient and have had to abandon this mat. So hard buying yoga mats online and nowadays that is the only way unless you live in a big city!

There is no bag but there should be a narrow carrying strap

Q: I threw away my instructions, how do I get the curl out of the mat? I see from previous reviews it does go but want to know how please

Make sure that when you roll the mat, the light side is on the outside. When you un-roll it, it will be flat. Rolling the mat with the dark side out leads to a curl forming on the ends of the mat.

Q: Is the mat flexible , Ie will it mould to uneven surfaces and maybe hatches ( like on a boat ) or is it stiff , thanks

It is thick but flexible. I think it would mould to uneven surfaces pretty well, but I haven’t tried it.
