The knife is quality and matched the description
It is discontinued and I think that's because the shape of the knife means you have to hold it off the cutting board (whilst the blad is on the cutting board - like at the edge of the board- to actually use it. Otherwise your knuckles drag and you feel like a cave man... and you can't actually cut anything.

Love this knife!
Cutco is the best!! This paring knife is a dream. But remember paring knives are meant to be used in the air, cutting apples, the tops off strawberries, etc
