The Good:1. The handrail is made of heavy, substantial material.2. The finish appears to be very good and has a slight texture that will make for a secure grip.The Bad:1. The seams at 2 of the four corners of the decoration in the middle of the upright are open in multiple places. The openings are not large but will be a point of failure in the corrosion protection and will have to be sealed and repainted.2. the sole plate arrived with one of the 4 corners bent upward. The bend is less than 90 degrees. As it is not creased I will attempt to cold straighten it.

Gaps at the design halfway down the post. Weak point there bends easily. Had to add square tube inside post to strengthen it.

I order a few orher ones and they never fit right so they were sent back. This one has been the best so far. The welding could have been better. I painted it white to match the house.

installed as directed, but posts is shaky..bolted down good but shakes when gripped.

Our parents are getting older and we’re having trouble with our steps. This looks really nice, and was very easy to install.
