Q: Are you guys using this on your inner toilet bowl and rim only? Or can it be used on the seat and other surfaces as well?

I only use it in the bowl and under the rim. The instructions for use only describe squirting under the rim and inside the bowl.

Q: Does the under-rim dispenser lid work properly? There aren't many brands that squirt up other than nasty ones like Lysol & Clorox!
