My little wears a 6. I ordered size 8. They looked like they could be a 2T. Maybe where they're hipsters. I exchanged mine for the Hanes brand "brief in size 8" perfect. Little weighs 40 lbs and wears 6x in clothes. If hadn't already returned would have attached photo.
