The product is quite good, it can provide you the security functionality as the other big brand products but with lower cost. However, the mobile app is too simple, it would be good to have a scheduling to automatically switch between home and away mode. The support response time is not fast enough, at least a day to reply with an email, and the quality of the response message is not good, cannot resolve my simple question.All in all, hope the support service can improve.

Excellent for the price, and the long range of the sensors means that I can have the shed covered with the alarm in the house

I purchased the x sense home alarm system in July 2022. It was easy to install and worked well on the app. The base station has now stopped working after only 3 months. Which means my home has no security and I must inform my insurer. I cannot get hold of the seller as it’s amazons automated service. If I buy a new one, I have to remove all of the sensors and detectors associated with the old base unit and rescan the QR codes on the back to link them. Which now means I also need to buy adhesive pads for these too.Waste of money, only been 3 months. Just buy a wired system, have it installed, peace of mind your home is safe. One off cost with this is offset by the time you would waste writing reviews like this and trying to get your money back.**update 25-10-2022**I’ve managed to contact x sense directly and honestly cannot fault their customer service. They walked me through some troubleshooting to no success. They are sending me another base unit without question or charge. Customer support is really good.

I guess they just got a job lotBecause they couldn’t even send me a sticker for my bell box.Made in China and no real support except by email.I might send back if it fails.

Really like this system, bought to cover our garage. Easy to set up and works well. Recommended.

Looks a good solid Base unit. I have an X-Sense smoke detector that works fine, but this security Base unit would not connect. Tech support is subject to a days delay between emails and gave no real help except to ask me to use a mobile hotspot! Not sure how that would help me connect to my home wifi! Have sent back to Amazon for refund

Alarm system crashed and stopped working completely just 4 days after use. Online help was useless from X Sense. App is buggy and customer services told me to try them again next week as they were on holiday due to Chinese New Year! What a joke - this is supposed to be a security system and they are quite happy to leave my premises unprotected. Joke!

The media could not be loaded.  This looks great and is discreet due to it being small quite loud on the alarm which is good but you'll have to check your window frames for comparability (see video) I would suggest that this is more a starter kit for a house or a good little system for a flat as there's one motion sensor and two entry sensors the app was easy to download but I found it a little tricky to get connected but that could just be me I'd say slightly expensive for what you get but the tech it top notch so that makes up for it. You can have the base station upto a mile away so can even be used for your garden shed etc the motion sensor has a 110 degree detection angle at a range of 40 feet. There dosent seem to be a place for a security code so it's just using the app or the remote to arm and disarm the stmystem.
