I had a leak in my garage roof due to a few screw holes. A little bit of time foil stuffed in the hole and then sprayed this over it to give a nice layer of liquid sealant. Dries hard and clear so not to noticeable it’s even there. Needed a few applications to get a decent layer over the wholes but that was expected as the liquid penetrated through the hole a bit (which is good as it then sealed the hole itself).Make sure you wear some disposable gloves, it’s sticky stuff if you get some of it on your hands, the fine mist makes it hard to get off!Pros:- value for money- easy to apply- dries clear- liquid once applied so goes into holes well- dries pretty quicklyCons:- one can is never enough- sticky on hands (use gloves)- not ideal for spraying above you as it goes on as liquid initially so will drip all over you!

Sprayed 2 layers on the outside of our conservatory roof (as far as we could reach) and 2 layers on the inside where the roof was leaking. As it was raining today I went inside the conservatory half expecting it to still leak but it's been dry all day even in heavy rain. Definitely recommend this product. (It does smell when applying so make sure the area is well ventilated).

Excellent purchase and quick delivery, I found this to be a great product. We have had leaking glass in the lean-to for a couple of years now and tried different sealers and adhesives most only worked for a few weeks then the leak was back, so I tried this ones and sofar so good no leaks at this present time some 4 weeks in and some serious down pours so it all appears to be doing what it says on the tin now have to see how long it lasts before having to do it again.

Had a leak during heavy rain through the flashing of a parapet wall. Tried sealant and bitumen tape. Nothing worked. In desperation, decided to give this a try. I followed the instructions to spray multiple times to build up layers. The spray doesn't splatter. It doesn't all come out at once. It works almost the same as a deodorant spray, only what comes out turns to runny silicone seconds after landing. You can see it run, pool and gloop. I paid particular attention to areas of joins which might contain micro cracks. I sprayed multiple times - up to a dozen in places - after giving each layer some moments to dry. If you persist, you can close up noticeable gaps but it it NOT a filler. The big test came with the recent heavy rain and I was pleased to see that inside everything was bone dry. Highly recommended. I bought a multi-pack offer and used one can on about 16ft of flashing. This was probably enough but as I had 3 extra cans, I left it all to dry for good hour, then emptied another half a can, paying attention to suspected trouble spots. It isn't often I'm so happy with a product. Full stars for this one.

I have used it on number of things including my walking shoes and it works.
