21-month old liked the panda, the color, the grip, & the suction (played with iton the mirror.) But, she didn't use it much as a brush and instead chewed on it.I opened one & tried it. It felt stiffer than the brand we use. In comparison it feelslike a medium: my gums are aching from using it. (I use a soft brush.)The fewer bristles feel like less coverage and also contribute, in my opinion, to theharder feel.I had, a few years ago, tried the ProSys Extra Soft (or Ultra Soft) for adults. Though wonderful,that is no longer available. I had hoped this would be comparable: it isn't. I won't be lettingher use it for fear it'll be too hard on her gums.I had high hopes for this brush & am disappointed to have to write this review.

This is a great toothbrush for toddlers. My kids have a lot of teeth and I feel this brush does a great job keeping them clean. The soft bristles are amazing and my toddler loves to hold it after we have brushed their teeth. The only slight drawback is the head of the brush is a little bit big for their mouths.

Easy for toddlers to handle and brush is soft on teeth/gums. Toddler loves to chew on brush for teething!

I got these for my 18 month old. She absolutely loves them and they work so well.
