In love with this meal planner, I have space for all meals and a grocery list, though it is a second journal but just for meal planning and having it to pack and use in the kitchen it works better for me then packing my big calendar.

I love the various sections. This is a must for those wanting to create a menu and budget for it.

Great little notebook. Not too big and perfect handbag size. I take it everywhere and jot down whatever I eat during the day. Looking back to see where my eating habits/what I eat can improve. Paper does not bleed through; good quality and the notebook itself is sturdy. Should come with more stickers, however, but that that didn’t warrant giving it one less star. Overall, it’s pretty cute and I like it!

Overall good but I didn’t find the family favorites cards and expense tracker useful since I’m using it as an individual meal planner rather than family and there might be an individual meal planner but I didn’t look hard enough. Wish the planner had more space to write (don’t write small enough, maybe writing to much hahaha) and a daily water check thingy to track the water intake.

Easy to use and keeps me super organized so I actually stick to meal planning. I love the budget part in the back. This book is pricy for what it is but its saved so much money for us because i have been able to actually meal plan shop and stick to a budget. For this reason it was worth it for me. Still pricy though but maybe I'm just cheap ? I was disappointed the pencil holder broke off after only a few days.

Today was my first day of a 20 cleanse...raw fruits and veggies only. I've never done such a long cleanse and tracking what I need and what I eat is vital to my success. After the 20 days I plan on continuing to use the book, because frankly, I forget what I eat during the day. This way I can plan the night before and just eat what I've written, when the next day is here. I love everything about this little book. As you can see, each two are your Monday-Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner trackers. There a place on each weeks page for a shopping list, your goal, your budget, what you're thankful for and notes. Then there's a place for recipes, a section on foods and their essential vitamins, some snack suggestions and a place to write your own, and a large note section which I plan on using to write the exercising I do each day. Plus there are stickers which are fun to use for milestones and goals met. This book has met all my needs of keeping track of my daily meal and snack intakes. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a way to manage and track house kitchen tasks and this was the perfect planner for it. Can schedule not only the dinner plans but who is making dinner along with dishes, cleaning and shopping.

I bought this to journal down and keep track and also plan/prep my 7 month old baby’s solid intakes and recipes and meals I wanna make him! Love that it’s not dated so I can start and pause any time I need to! I don’t think the price seems fair, it’s quite pricey for what you get but overall happy with it!ALSO not enough stickers to last the year! I would def urge to add at least 3 pages of stickers!
