Things I really like:1. The price for this large of a tent. It worked great and we'll use it again for sure.2. Customer service - I damaged 3 of the poles on accident. They shipped me replacements free of charge and followed up to make sure I received them. That was great customer service!3. It worked when we finally got it up and served the purpose well.Things that were frustrating:1. The parts aren't super high quality, but that's what you get for the price. However, all parts worked and it held together well.2. You definitely need the white tape that comes with it because some joints come apart until they are taped. But it works when applied and easy to take off for disassembly.3. You need AT LEAST 6 people to lift it up and get legs attached without it all coming apart. Construct the roof first then lift it up and put the legs on. That worked well though.4. Once it's up, it is VERY unsturdy and wobbly - until you attach the cover. The tarp/cover pulls the tent tight and attaches to the bottom of the legs making the entire unit much more stable. With the roof on, it works great.5. You need a pretty level surface for the best set-up. It takes some tinkering to get the most stable setup but then was fine and we left it there for 2 days with no problem (even with some wind, although we had it tied down really well).The frustrating things were easily overcome and now that I understand how best to assemble the tent we will definitely use it again for big parties. Overall really happy with the purchase and customer service.

I purchased this item for a holiday party. We wanted to get it assembled the day before the event just in case. Good call on our part because it took much longer to assemble and modify than we expected. While assembling the frame pieces kept popping apart and 2 of the poles had kinks in them. While putting the cover on both of the kinked poles split and we had to use gorilla tape and zip ties to keep tgem together The top potion was an extremely tight fit. So much so two corner tore at the seems while streching it over. The sides were easy to install but a few of attachement velcros were missing or not sewn on all the way so we had to improvise by adding our own grommets. After we finally got it together we tied down one side to our pool fence and the other side with concrete buckets. That only lasted a couple hours though. That night some wind blew threw unexpededly and the frame crinkled up like a ball of paper. Literally. Almost every plastic connector piece snapped and the poles bent at the connection pieces and where the poles connected together. The experience was very disappointing and inconvenient. It took alot of time away from other party preparations. Especially the clean up of the destroyed canopy. I really liked the look if it in the pics too. We ended up borrowing another type of 10x20 canopy enclosure from a friend last minute.

First of all, the tent provided a perfect setup for our party - mostly because of my watchful eye and the weather cooperated. If you want to purchase this tent, you have to be diligent in the setup. Also, if you are diligent and careful in the dismantling, you will be able to use it again. Here are some pointers you must follow if you want the tent to be in a good shape on the day of your big event:1. Watch YouTube videos by people who have installed the 10ft. x 20ft. Quictent. I learned valuable lessons from 2 videos.2. The tent comes with an instruction manual for assembly. It has parts list. Verify that you have all the parts and separate the rods, corner connectors, straight connectors etc. in groups. Mark the poly storage bags by the rod numbers or alphabets of connectors. (This will help you put all the parts in the box for storage)3. After the top frame structure is assembled, reinforce each joint with the white duct tape provided in the box. THIS IS AN ESSENTIAL STEP since any windy condition will try to knock down the structure. In order to make the disassembly easy, fold the end of each duct tape piece on itself so you can easily peel off the tape later.4. Put the canopy on the structure while it is sitting on the ground or on your deck or patio and stretch it. Then, with the help of more hands, raise the structure to insert the vertical posts. Don't wait for the whole structure to be raised to the full height before putting on the canopy.5. I installed the tent on a paver patio, so could not use the stakes to hold down the 6 legs firmly. If you install it on grass or bare ground, you will have an advantage. For two days I was constantly keeping an eye on the tent and moving the legs shifted due to windy conditions.I am including some photos from our setup. It accomodated 18 people for a meal - 3 tables and 18 chairs. Good luck with your purchase!

We had bought this tent as a backup option. We ended up using it for my daughter’s grad party and we were pleasantly surprised. Not only was this an affordable option compared to renting a tent but super easy to put up. My husband put it up by himself and it took him less than an hour. We had 8 foot tables and had 32 chairs and all fit nicely with room to move. I wish I took before pictures but the chaos of the day had my mind frazzled. I’m giving this tent four stars as we didn’t use the sides as we wanted an open feel and would not recommend this for a windy day. I definitely don’t think this tent would withstand consistent mild winds.
