Igave it 4 stars because I had trouble to connect and charging this item at first has it wasn't connecting to my device and when putting it on charge it wasn't showing any indication that it was charging ( no light) even started a refund process because I thought I received a faulty item... But after 15 minutes it finally showed indication that it was charging ( red light on) so tried again to connect to my device and finally it showed. By the way this isn't my first pair of earbuds, I have a other pair from different supplier, just didn't take this long to connect to my device or to show that it was charging....I had to buy a second pair because my daughter his using my first pair.

They’re pretty and work fine but I had trouble connecting to my phone at first but I read how to fix it in the customer questions as the instructions were unclear.Also the left side falls out of my ear all the time for no reason and so I’m constantly shoving it back inside my ear which pauses/skips the song, which is quite annoying

It is really good the battery time I can't say the best but still overall really good I sound quality I would say is the best I went on a walk and I could hear a single car go past me straight up love it ✨

Amazing sound! I have been using these headphones for 6 months now and they have healed up very well only complaint is about 3 months into using them they unexpectedly changed languages from English to Korean without explanation. I but if your looking for cheap headphones I highly recommend

This is my second pair and they have broken again, first pair the charging port as stilled work. The second pair only one ear phone are charging.

It works very good for its price

Ordered 2 for my children pairs one in navy blue one in white. Navy works fine, however one of the earphones doesn't work in the white set. And the other now and again sounds muffled.
