Bottomline up front: A direct fit OEM replacement filter that gets the job doneI've gone through a couple of these now, changing out the filter every 6 months. They're OEM and easy to swap out. They seem to do a really good job of filtering out air contaminants, as the filters are pretty covered when I swap them. They are a bit pricey compared to the panel style ones, but you don't change these out as often, so the costs probably equal out. Great value, last long

This filter is the correct type for the four inch filter boxes. I tried the cheaper, non-OEM filter but they do NOT work right. These work perfectly because they are the right fit and they have the grooved end pieces that slide into the box grooves properly

They work well and do pick up a lot of dirt. Plus a good price.

It is unfortunate that these are the type of filters that I have to use for my house because they are quite expensive compared to other filters/furnace systems. But aside from that, it is easy to install, and I guess does capture dirt very well, it's just quite expensive. My suggestion: if you see a reduced price, make sure to stock up that will last you a couple of years.

My furnace company charges $25 more for this filter which is the one that they recommend so I’m quite happy.
