I hesitated purchasing the Magic Hand Saw tool kit for my husband because he is pretty particular about tools. But he really needed a multi-purpose saw tool. When it arrived, he had a mixed reaction of “that doesn’t seem like it could do much” and “the box design is pretty cool.”The first thing he tried to use it on was a large branch that broke off our tree during a recent wind storm. The branch was about 4-5 inches diameter, and green wood. He was pleasantly surprised how well the saw worked! He was able to cut the branch into manageable piece in just a few minutes. He did comment that the blade did try to bend and bind if he tried to use in a typical back and forth sawing motion; however, if he just pulled, lifted it out, then pulled through again, it was like sawing through butter. He was actually quite impressed at the capability of it!The saw comes packaged with several different blades for different types of products. The part of the tool box my husband raves about is the magnetic aspect. Each blade is held in place with small magnets so when you close the box, everything stays in place instead of falling everywhere.The saw box does not come with instructions. Those arrived in an email from the company. While that is super convenient, and much easier to read than small print booklets, we initially didn’t see the email and were trying to figure out how the saw worked without instructions. *Note, it was pretty simple to figure out even without the instructions.* The pdf of instructions did help us figure out what the blades were used for, and also that we were missing one part – the glass cutter. Instead we received two of the tile/stone cutters. I rarely have use for a handsaw, but that's because I didn't own one prior to now. This is the perfect item if you're not working on a huge project, but still want a tool that is light, portable, and effective. The container the saw and its parts come in seems to be pretty durable. There are two laches that open very easily making everything easy accessible. The saw comes with a blade pre-installed and then has 5 additional small blades and 2 files which are safely stored and attached to the case by magnets. A much bigger blade also comes with it, and hidden at the corner of the sawnitself is a glass cutter for glass and tile. Very handy!! Now, There are 2 tools I'm really not sure what they are used for, which brings me to my next point...The manual that comes with the saw is tiny and is not written in English. There is a small portion of it that does its best at translating, but reading it gave me absolutely no idea what I was doing, and figuring out how to change the blades is now a guessing game. There is also no explanation as to what that different types of blades are.As for its use- this saw cuts really well, is small, and very light weight. My first project was the trunk of a pumpkin with the blade that was pretty-installed, and the cut was really smooth! A perfect item for someone who wants a portable, lightweight tool. I would buy this product again!

I bought the Magic Hand Saw Tool for my husband because I liked to several different blades. I also liked that came in a nice case with everything pretty compact. We have limited storage area for any tools so this is great. Husband likes that everything handy in one case and have many blades available. Thinking about buying this for my boys for Christmas because would be a nice present. I would highly recommend. Haven’t had a chance to use enough to know quality and how will hold up yet so that isreason for only four stars.

I haven't put it to use yet, but I will be very soon. it's light weight which is great, comes with lots of different options. The value is good. Once I put this into use at our remodel on different materials, if it's not holding up I will adjust my review. For now I can tell you it looks good, and I like the smaller size, we do flips and the one we have now doesn't always fit were we need it too. I'm excited to add to the tool box!

This is a handy kit, and pretty good for the price. I bought it specifically to cut a terra cotta pot. I finally gave up after awhile, as the tile saw is held on by tension and it kept popping off. It took quite a bit of "elbow grease" to cut. The instructions are minimal, even more minimal in English, and you almost need a magnifying glass to read them. However, for the price, I can't complain too much.

I ordered the Magic Hand Saw Tool Set to help with a few projects around the house. The directions are so very minimal, and in such small print I had to get a magnifying glass out. I had no idea what each of the blades purpose is or how to change out the blades. I've not used a saw like this before and had to refer to the internet for directions on similar products. I did get the simple cutting job done.

The Magic Hand Saw Tool Hacksaw Set is just the perfect size for my home crafting projects. There are an assortment of blades and they are easy to switch out. I can take the whole case with me when working outside of my home. The carrying case makes this easy to do. I have been using the saw mainly to cut wood for picture frames. I'm very pleased with the cuts it makes.

I bought this to go in the pop up camper. It is smaller than I thought it would be. When it said 12" I automatically thought it was a 12 inch blade but the entire saw is 12". It is sturdy tho. I have only tried it out at home so I knew it would hold up outdoors. I had no problems. Very pleased
