Walnut Cookie Mold 12 Cookie Molds

I received this yesterday and started using it today. With the first batch I made I used a recipe that did not come with this Oreshki maker. Those turned out horribly in this product & broke apart into crumbs twice. I was about to assume this thing didn't work right but decided to use the recipe that comes with it. These turned out beautifully! The more you make them the better each batch gets. By 3rd batch I had the procedure down. I have an electric stove so had to adjust cooking times for my stove on medium heat. However, if you make the full batch of recipe you will be cooking all day. For me, 1/2 a recipe made a little over 90 shells. Considering there are 12 molds that means cooking batches 8 times. Also, mine needed 6-8 min to cook total, not 3 min. Sooo, make sure you have the time and desire to do this. I used 5gm dough per cookie. Factor in removal & cookie edge trimming time & re-greasing the molds. Wanted to review this since a lot of folks said it didn't work. It does & it works perfectly with the recipe it comes with. If your recipe is vastly different as mine was, you may need to just play with it to see what works. I did not have any weird discoloration and it came well wrapped and no issues. I am very pleased!

First time making walnut cookies! They came out perfect. At first I put too much dough in the mold and it was overflowing, but then I read instructions carefully and had no more issues. I have an electric stove and I was nervous I won’t be able to cook the cookies properly. I figure out one side warms up faster and half of the cookies burn while the other half is not cooked. So I’ve adjusted my method and used just one of the sides. They came out are amazing, just like in my childhood.

I sincerely advise everyone who likes to make this cake. Quality material. Easy to clean. The dough bakes well, evenly, does not cling, does not burn. I am definitely satisfied with this purchase.

It takes a bit of practice the 1st time but after that the process becomes very easy. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is using the seller’s recipe, just go with a classic recipe without vinegar instead 🫶🏻

Such a disappointment, where all those 5 starts reviews came from??? Amazon should really consider how the sellers get all those 5 stars reviews! I was excited to cook oreshki, prepared dough. I washed the pan well before using. After heating it up I applied oil with a cotton ball and the cotton ball turned grey. And the oreshki turned grey as well. So at the end the dough and the oreshki went to the trash.

Does the job but the design could be improved. It is not evenly placed on the glass cooktop because of the bump on next to the handle. It is designed to be used on gas stove. It is a real trouble for me because it creates a mess. Not very easy to use for even cooking. Easy to clean. Size is decent.

Gute Form für Nusskekse: nichts brennt an, die Kekse lassen sich leicht entnehmen. Insgesamt sehr praktisch und gut verarbeitet. Einziger Punkt: durch die Form weniger geeignet für Elektroherde, besser für Gas oder Induktion.
