The product is easy to use and play. My daughter loves the feedback from the characters. So why only 3 stars. The support for issues is a pain. One of the pieces isn't recognized by the game. I reached out to support for a new piece. They asked for evidence of the issue. I sent them a video of the one piece not working. They asked me to go through the trouble shooting steps. Which includes uploading what I figure to be a log of events from the app. For some reason, I guess there was no events related to the input piece not working. They then stated through email, it appears the issue has been resolved. I replied to the email, can the one piece that isn't recognized be sent to me? It's the only one that isn't working and instead of going through this process that clearly isn't accurate can you just send me the piece. No reply yet.UPDATE: PlayShifu customer support reached out to me after my reply to their email. Unbeknownst to me they had been working on a fix for the issue. It took them a couple of days to analyze and write a fix which resulted in a delay in their response to my email. I was surprised that they had actually looked into the issue and had a fix. They asked if I could update the app through an APK install which they supplied. I ran into an issue with installing the update on a very early Saturday morning 06:30 EST. So I called the customer support line not realizing their location was on the west coast. No answer but 5 minutes later support called me back. To my surprise after giving my email address used for the ticket the agent immediately knew what my issue was and walked my through the error I was receiving while installing the APK update. The issue was fixed 5 minutes later. I have changed the 3 star rating to 5 stars now.

I got this for my 4 year old and she loves it. I then decided to gift it to a friend. Such a great set and easy to use.

My 5 year old has all of the plugo games, she was only missing this one. It's great! She learns so much while having fun! I highly recommend it!

My son loves this attachment. It complements his original Plugo system.
