I've been using this knife for around 4 months and it's been very good to me, I've cut buckets of onions and various other foods with it, it's super sharp and precise, the handle is my favorite part because it looks awesome and it's super comfortable, and it's amazing to me how to blade just glides threw the food effortlessly. SUPER GOOD KNIFE!

This knife is comfortable to handle and it cuts great! I most certainly will buy another knife from this company.

This knife is a work of art, really beautiful. I generally use Global knives for day to day cooking. This will be reserved for when i want to show off a bit! It arrived exquisitely sharp, but haven't used it enough to give an opinion on how well or long it holds its edge.

Excellent knife. This knife is extremely sharp. I love using it to slice vegetables. It is also great for slicing chicken breasts in half and slicing ribs into individual servings. I use the knife almost every day. I sharpen it about once a month with a set of stones. This seems to work the best.

My daughter has wanted a knife that isn't a run run down or a hand me down from the family. This was the first decent knife she would have had. After unboxing it was beautiful. After trying to cut onions with it it was awful. She had to saw her way through every cut. I tried it and it's the same. I went on to dalstrom's website and contacted them asking for help. I own 5 of there knifes and can't believe the quality. I have not heard from them yet. I returned it, so no need now to hear from the high recommended 100 percent customer satisfaction support or in our case not so good. I still believe in Dalstrom, but this knife is garbage.
