WarmlyYours 10-Bar Infinity Towel Warmer, Plug-in, Stainless Steel

Just installed minutes ago so cannot comment on operation just yet. But some tips this far:1. Be very careful to distinguish between the hard-wired model (part number ending HW) and the plug-in version (ending PL). The one I installed is actually the second one sent to me - the first one, from a different vendor, definitely said 'plug-in' in the description, but they sent me a hard-wired version and sure enough when I checked again the part number they had listed did end in HW.2. They say the cord is 6 feet long, but the unit sent to me certainly isn't. The cord is heavy duty and coiled; I would estimate the maximum it could possibly extend is about 30 inches, but you'd really have to pull it very hard to straighten it out. The cord comes out the base of the right side, so plan that plug location accordingly. Fortunately my plug was just about 1 foot away.3. There is very little tolerance when hanging it - make sure to drill the mounting points super accurately. I loosened the bolts between the brackets and the main unit just a wee bit to create a little 'wiggle room'.4. Before tightening those same bolts, at the wall end side make sure the plastic sleeve is aligned with the small hole in the bracket so that the set screw can pass through. And I recommend installing those set screws part way before hanging it on the wall.

I bought this item during a bathroom remodel 8 years ago. The item stopped working recently. I replaced it with the same item, so I would not have to change the wall mounting. The initial installation needs perfect measurements . Reinstallation is easy. The old item looks like new. It just doesn’t work. I have high expectations. I was hoping fora longer life span. It functioned well for 8 years. It is a luxury that has become a “necessity" for my wife.

We got this for a bath when we remodeled. I had hopes that it would give off enough heat to warm the room, but it really doesn't. It does warm the towels really well, but it is too narrow to have two towels folded side by side. It does heat up very quickly so you can do one towel at a time. It took about one and one half hours to install it and it took an electrician to do it so figure another $150 for installation. We live in the mountains and the best thing is having it heat up your clothes in the morning!!Bottom line is I'm glad we got it but wish it was about 3 inches wider.

Very well designed. Gets quite hot and makes towels warm while looking nice. It’s a good design but requires careful measurements to get it installed easily. Take your time. We’ve now got two and really like them.

This is a nicely designed towel heater, and the stainless appears to be of good quality. Two quibbles, though: the on-off switch, and the power cable. The on-off switch is hard to press, and is located at the bottom where you can't see whether it is on or off. The coiled power cable severely limits the reach of the unit. I had to cut through dry wall to install a new outlet for this heater or else use it with an extension cord, which the manufacturer warns not to do. Also: the manufacturer's claim that if you leave the unit on it will cycle off after awhile is simply not true. It has no thermostat and is either full on, or completely off.

Please note, the description doesn't match the picture. According to the description this is the hard-wire version, but the picture shows the plug-in version and when we placed the order, we received the plug-in version as well.Update: The vendor (Warmly Yours) handled this issue very quickly and courteously.BTW, I installed this product in another bathroom for over 2 years and it is working very well. So, the quality of the product is great and from this experience, their product support is also first class.

I like the way it looks and warms my towels.

Bought this in August 2018 when we remodeled our bathroom. LOVE having a warm towel....it died this week. Just quit heating. Pretty disappointing.

Great product. It was easy to install, looks great and warms towels up very nicely. I added a timer so the towels are nice and warm when we get up in the morning.
