Sarah Wells Cold Gold Breastmilk Cooler Bag with Ice Pack (Berry Bloom)

This cooler for my breast milk was AMAZING. I was traveling home from a trip away with frozen breast milk and had a four hour delay. My milk was still frozen when I got home!!

Let me start by saying that my husband rarely compliments ANYTHING, however, he has made several comments like, “that’s a cute bag.” That alone would sell this product if you knew him. 😂. But seriously, we love this bag. I purchased it when our then 3 month old daughter was starting daycare. She is baby #4 and we had never sent a baby to daycare that young and were honestly dumbfounded as to what we needed to send, but knew we would need a cooler bag for breast milk bottles. I love the design of this bag, the fact that it has an insert on the outside where you can put their name, and that it was covered by FSA. It holds our four 5oz Lansinoh bottles. I’ve also tried it with our Boon Nursh 4oz bottles and it will hold four of them as well. It’s tall so I know it’ll hold the taller bottles once it’s time for us to make the switch. Oh and I also love that the handle/strap has a clasp because it allows me to just hang it from the car seat rather than having to carry it separately. If you’re stuck between a few bags, choose this one, you won’t be disappointed!

I work in music and sometimes my life performance gigs are a whole day requirement. Green rooms don’t always have refrigerators so I needed something like this to keep my pumped milk cold while I’m away from baby. I’ve used this several times with the ice pack that it comes with, and this cooler has kept my milk cold for almost 12 hours at my most recent event. It’s such a huge deal and has removed a source of anxiety for me. Would also be great for traveling as it’s small and I can store several storage bags flat or standing inside. Definitely worth the purchase if you are a nursing/pumping/traveling/working mama that needs to keep that precious milk cold!

This cooler was everything promised and more. I used it when flying to transport breastmilk and my bag was lost! (I figured it would be fine as it was a direct flight!) 26 hours later and the milk was still mostly frozen inside!! (I had packed 20 oz of frozen milk, the ice pack that came with it and 2 small additional ice packs.) I was so relieved and impressed. Great cooler!

This is a great little cooler bag. The print is adorable and I love that it matches my Lizzy bag! It’s pretty spacious on the inside but not too big. It fits a little snuggly in the side compartment of my pumping bag. There is a buckle and strap on the top for carrying or hooking to your bag or whatever. The buckle was a little weird to figure out and the strap seems awkward but not enough to really care about. There is a mesh pocket on the inside lid for whatever you may need to use it for and a clear slot for adding your babies picture, ID, breast milk storage recommendations, or whatever. The cooling pack is a hard pack and fits nicely in the bottom or stands up. I love that this cooler bag can be used for more than just storing breast milk while I’m away from home. I plan to use it as a lunchbox for work or for snacks for the kiddos while out. I would recommend!
