These notebooks look and feel great. Paper appears to be of a high quality with no bleed through. Pages tear out at the spine or at perforations equally well. I'd recommend these, particularly at the bargain price.

I am a writer and love drafting with fountain pens and paper. Fountain pens are pretty picky about what paper they write on, with standard paper being too rough and thin. These notebooks, while on the smaller side (around 5x8), provide smooth and thick paper that allows me to write without my pen scratching on fibers or bleeding through. And though they're smaller than I would normally buy, I find that they are still big enough for my purposes. The pages are perforated for easy removal, but not so perforated they tear out when you don't want them to.The only tiny critical thing I can find with these is that sometimes the wires keep the paper from completely and smoothly turning, leaving the pages to lay unevenly. It's a minor enough complaint that I'm not even taking stars off for it since a bit of extra tugging on the pages when you turn them sorts the problem out for the most part.The price is a touch on the high side, but for the premium paper and the quality of the covers I think the price is fair. I love them enough I'm picking up the 8 pack as soon as my current set is used.

They are nice colors, I wanted something spiral bound that would lay flat, and the covers are nicer quality than I expected. However, I couldn’t tell from the photos or the description that the pages are perforated so that you can rip them out. I don’t want them to come out! I want to write things in the notebook and keep it in the notebook. So I was disappointed to find the pages are perforated.

I picked these up at the beginning of the school year as a way to rewrite my notes into a smaller more portable format. I found that transferring my notes to a smaller journal paper forced me to only choose the most important notes from class. I have also used these as personal notebooks to journal in. I enjoy the spiral binding and the quality of the paper is very nice to write on. I very much enjoy these journals and will be buying them again once I finish the ones I have.
