Unlocking Shoulder Power and Pain Relief
Unlocking Shoulder Power and Pain ReliefMy shoulders have always been a bit of a weak point. Years of desk work, combined with various sports and activities, left them feeling tight, occasionally achy, and definitely not performing at their best. I'd tried resistance bands, light weights, and mobility exercises, but nothing seemed to truly address the underlying issues of stability and strength in those crucial rotator cuff muscles. I was looking for something different, something that could provide targeted, effective training without putting undue stress on the joint. The ShoulderSphere A7 looked like a futuristic gadget, and honestly, I was skeptical about a "ball in a sphere." But after incorporating it into my routine, I'm a believer. This isn't just a toy; it's a serious piece of equipment designed to work your shoulder muscles in a unique way. The core concept is simple but brilliant: you hold the sphere and move it in various patterns, causing the weighted ball inside to spin. This spinning ball creates a dynamic instability that forces your shoulder muscles, particularly the smaller stabilizing muscles, to engage and work in a way that traditional weights or bands don't.When I first started, even the smallest movements felt challenging. It highlighted just how weak and unstable my shoulders were in certain ranges of motion. But the clear sphere allows you to see the ball spinning, providing instant feedback on your movement quality and consistency. It encourages smooth, controlled motions rather than jerky ones.Over time, and with consistent use, I've noticed a significant improvement in my shoulder health and strength. The chronic tightness has decreased, and those occasional aches are much less frequent. I feel a greater sense of stability and control in my shoulder joint. It's translated to other activities too – my overhead movements feel stronger, and I have more confidence in my shoulders during workouts and daily tasks. It's also incredibly effective for warm-up and cool-down. A few minutes with the ShoulderSphere before a workout gets my shoulders activated and ready, and using it afterward helps to flush out the muscles and promote recovery. It's a versatile tool for both rehabilitation and performance enhancement. If you struggle with shoulder pain, instability, or just want to build truly resilient and powerful shoulders, the ShoulderSphere A7 is a worthwhile investment. It's a unique, effective, and engaging way to train those often-neglected muscles. It truly helps in unlocking shoulder power and pain relief.

Improving Shoulder Stability
I have the this A7 and the F2 (lighter version). Bottomline: I've had right shoulder stability issues for a long time. And of course, the pain/range of motion that accompanies the instability. The standard recommended exercises only provided limited improvement. My shoulder felt loose in the socket.First time I used the ShouldSphere, I felt the muscles heat up (in a good way). The entire rotator cuff seemed to activate. Started with 3 min for each side and have increased to 5 min per day. Overall shoulder stability has definitely improved.Given the length of time I've had the shoulder issue, I can't say I'll be able completely resolve it but, these devices have absolutely helped. Will update in a few months. Also, I bought F2 (lighter version) after buying the A7 because I didn't have the shoulder strength for elevated positions. I'm able to use the F2 at horizontal and above positions. Hoping that as my strength/stability improves, I'll be able to use the A7 at horizontal+ positions.

I didnt think my random shoulder pain would go away.
I have had the A7 for six months now and have been using it to supplement my weightlifting training. My stability has greatly increased during overhead press, snatch, and clean and jerk. I had injured my rotator cuff years ago and had been treating with band work. Living with intermittent pain was just part of what i expected going forward. I saw ShoulderSphere at the Arnolds and eventually decided to act. I should have done so sooner. Six months and two competitions later, my shoulders feel great. I don't experience random pain like i used to and the owner, Win was incredibly helpful in guiding me as i determined which size to get, advising on workouts, and sharing information. My mistake was using the A7 too frequently and not giving myself enough recovery time. Since making that adjustment my shoulders have been rock solid. I didn't think i would ever get full use without pain. Thank you!

Fantastic!
The A7 is seriously for advanced exercise! But the overall shoulder sphere concept is fantastic. My shoulders have never been stronger, and I avoided shoulder surgery for torn rotator.

Best for shoulder workout
Very helpful, you can start out slow - get the hang of it. The tracker takes some practice but is worth it for feedback about the intensity of the workout. Thanks for inventing this.

This is a fantastic invention. My shoulders feel much better now even after one week of trying to use it. It took me a while to get a good handle of this new sphere.
