Customer service is very good . They gave me a refund and I bought another one. I’ll take a chance since the two chair covers look good still and I need a matching cover for the loveseat.Fabric tore after 6 months.The two chairs are still holding up but the loveseat fabric is tearing and falling apart. They are under a partially shaded pergola.

These outdoor patio furniture covers are not only good looking but the quality is great and the price was spot on for our budget! They arrived extremely quickly. We are only waiting on the coffee table cover which should be here in next 2 days. I recommend these to anyone.

I just opened these outdoor furniture covers and I’m so impressed! The quality of this product, the material, the stitching, the tabs to secure them to the legs, the drawstring… all are beautifully made. An added plus is they fit my furniture as though we’d ordered custom covers. I can’t comment yet on durability, weatherproof, etc. I love the inserted material about their company. Here’s my favorite: “Everyone is telling you to get out of your comfort zone. We, on the other hand, want to protect yours.” :)

Would prefer another color than the navy blue.Product is thick and sure would resist to Montreal winter.
