is this 18 10 stainless

No, it is not. Just spoke to Cuisinart and was told it was not 18/10. The representative did not volunteer what combo it is and I didn't ask. Her comment was, of course, that it didn't matter. Well because I've decided to research this metal business more in-depth, I called Cuisinart again and specifically asked what is the percentage of chromium/nickel. This time I was told 18/10. When I asked her which of the two Cuisinart representatives is correct, she said she would have someone call me in 3 to 5 days. The second representative added that the percentages are listed on the bottom of the pan. Don't know since I don't own the set. My old Cuisinart pans do not have the percentage on them.

does it work on Induction cooktops

No. The 1-Quart Contour Saucepan does not test induction ready. I tried the magnet test on my pan.The test is whether a magnet will stick to the bottom of the pan. Use any magnet you have handy even a refrigerator magnet. If the magnet clings to the pan then you have induction ready cookware. If the magnet does not attach or clings only weakly then the pan will not work well for induction cooking.You will want to get Cuisinart MultiClad Pro or Tri-Ply pans for Induction Cooking.

Can it use on the indoction cooker?

No. I could not use the pan on my induction cooker. I got error sign.

Can this pan be used on an induction cooktop? I've purchased a cuisinart 733 and it doesn't work, dont want to return yet another pan.

No, this pan doesn't work on an induction cooktop. I tried to talk to Cuisinart about this after I purchased this pan. Their response was really disappointing. While the description of the pan sounds like it would work, it does not.
