I’ve been using the Casa de Sante Advanced Probiotics for a month and I don’t really see a difference.I have fructose malabsorption so I follow a modified low FODMAP diet. Casa de Sante is a well known and trusted name in the low FODMAP corners, I trust their products. I’m just not that big of a fan of this product.It may work for some people, but I didn't notice a difference. I still bloat. Still have motility issues. Still the same.One huge plus - I was put on antibiotics the second week so I increased my dosage from twice a day to three times a day and I had no ill effects from them. That’s unusual for me. I normally have gastrointestinal issues when taking antibiotics.The instructions say to use 1-3 times a day, with meals. If I took it three times a day all the time, which it appears I'd need to do, this bottle would only last 20 days. The price is a bit steep for that.I was hoping to get by with taking it once a day so I could this would be two months worth, but that just isn’t enough for me. I used it twice a day, except for the week I was on antibiotics.I normally love Cante de Sante products, but this one just doesn’t work for me.

I have stomach issues and usually take gummie probiotics daily. I saw these and decided to try them as they are capsules and say specifically FODMAP -I’ve taken them a few days so far and the dosage states 1-3 per day as needed. I’ve been taking two daily. They do seem to be working as when I made the change - I don’t notice any discomfort. I’m just trying to keep the discomfort away - so mission accomplished.You get 60 here so if you take two daily that’s a 30 day supply.A bit pricey for that amount - but if they work and I don’t have to taste some weird gummies, worth it. So far so good.

This seems like it might be a decent quality probiotic blend so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is absolutely ridiculous - minus 1.5 stars- Label claims GMP stamp, but no status as to 3rd party lab testedI haven't had a problem taking these, but I'm only giving 3 stars due to the price and until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.
