After reading many reviews about this bike as well as other manufacturers. I found this Freesky Sahara model to be the best one out there. I splurged and bought two for me and the wife. We were looking for an all around bike for trails, beach and street rides in SW Florida. This bike is very well made. Substantially built with clean weld lines, beautiful paint and accents of aqua blue. All in all it is put together beautifully. It’s very fast, 27 mph fast and strong motor and battery. It’s very omfortable and smooth to ride. The hydraulic brakes are amazing and stops on a dime. It folds up quick for transport. I easily fit both in the back of my Tahoe. Only downside is they are a bit cumbersome and heavy to lift when folded and lifting in and out of my truck. But that with all these foldable bikes. Customer service is amazing. I had a very fixable issue that Steve walked me through and spent time with me on face time. One of my bikes when it was folded for transport a wire came detached underneath a bit out of site. Easy fix… Thank you again Steve. Bike comes with a 18 month warranty. Which gives you a little peace of mind when spending the money for an E Bike. I’d say Go with FREESKY SAHARA model if you’re looking for a strong, fast, convenient, safe and all around great looking bike. 5 Stars. Thank you Freesky & Steve…

I'll try to make this brief despite all the communications.The bike starting rusting after a month and got worst.I inialized a return. I immediately received a note from the seller telling me not to return. They will make it right they said. Then the if you decide to return it, it must be returned in the carton. It must not have been assembled. Any damage you will pay for. We will charge you inbound shipping of $300. And you will pay to ship it back. Once we get it back we will tell you how much we will credit you. If you don't agree we will send you the bike back, you will pay for the shipping. If you don't pay the shipping you forfeit the bike.Amazon a to z who you can't talk to is in the middle between seller and buyer guarantees. I've yet to be able to talk to them. Amazon customer service who you speak to originally told me not to contact the seller.Just yesterday after another call to Amazon I was told to send pictures. I send the same ones shown here. Now they tell me they won't take the bike back at all and I must have left the bike out in the rain or put it in the sea.It's never been rained on and is under my carport when it's not raining. As a pady manufacturer I know metal and bolts when properly used don't rust this bad. Galvanized parts, stainless steel, may surface rust but not descenigrate like this. And good powder coating doesn't rust through.The bike looks good and works well initially. It's a shame they didn't spend an extra $25.00 on the connecting pieces. It's even more of a shame that Amazon a to z really is no guarantee at all.

I ordered this bike back in mid May, 2022. The bike shipped very quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I was very impressed with the customer service and how they kept me updated on the shipment of the bike. There was an issue with the keys. Once the bike was put together, I went to give it a test run and discovered that the keys would not turn on the bike or disengage the battery. I immediately reached out to the company and they responded within about an hour. They even offered to FaceTime me to try to see what the issue was. Log story short, turns out the keys to my bike was on another bike in Texas. I had his keys and he had mine. The keys got mixed up at the factory but they paid for us to ship them to each other and in a few days, the keys showed up and they worked! They really went above and beyond to make sure they fix this issue. Very, very impressed with this company and would recommend anyone interested in getting one of these bikes, do it!!!

Bike is actually overall pretty good for the price however safety is definitely an issue with this. The seat post and clamp we're poorly made and stripped. My son was riding the bike and suddenly the seat fell off and he went tumbling down the road. Fortunately didn't get hurt. When I reached out to the company they offered me a new seat clamp for $50 charge. Never bothered to offer a replacement for the seat post that was stripped. Lousy warranty if they're going to be charging $50 shipping for a tiny part. When I followed up letting them know that we were very fortunate that the poor quality product didn't cause my son major injuries and not happy about the $50 charge, they reduced it to $20 but still never offered a replacement for the seat post that was stripped.

The only downside issue was that the delivery by FedEx was 2 days later than the delivery date, was supposed to arrive on Thursday, then rescheduled for Friday but arrived on Saturday, oh well. When the package arrived, it was intact with no damage anywhere. Took me about an hour to assemble the bike, the front fender install was harder than it looks (in my case). After riding the bike for about 10 miles, noticed that the front light keeps getting loose, tightened once, rode again, got loose. Modify the mounting by adding locking washer on both ends and it seems to be holding. Did have a bag attached to the rack, but me being a short-legged man (5'7" with a 29 inch inseam), could not clear the bag when mounting (acutally fell down when mounting - no injures, well maybe ego wise). Removed the bag and went with a one-sided saddle bag and was able to clear the bag. Otherwise the bike is a dream, I am 66 years old and this was my "change of life" vehicle and much more affordable than my original "change of life" vehicle, Can-Am Spyder (About $18,000). My use of the ebike is to go to my medical appointments, shopping and general riding around and not use my van for these trips thus saving gas.
