I really like these vitamins because they do work. All you do need is one a day, it’s simple and easy. I normally take it with my first meal of the day, no matter what time it is. I used to have a low iron tolerance, iron pills would mess me up but these aren’t super strong in iron so it’s gentle on the tummy. Only thing about them I would change is there is a tiny taste to them and smell when you open it. But I don’t mind too much it’s not terrible. AlsoMy nails used to be pretty brittle all through out my pregnancy even when I was on prenatal vitamins that the OB gave me. But when I started taking these about a couple weeks after labor, my nails got super strong and healthy looking. I took these pills for a few months and nails stayed strong, I’m buying these again because I have run out. I haven’t tried any other brands, these work fine for me.
