adidas Women's NMD R1 Shoe

This is my second pair of these shoes that I'm buying. I get a new pair of walking/workout shoes about once a year and these have held up pretty well (was worried about the black tread on the bottom, but it's been fine). Love the grey color and the added flair of silver leopard print in the back. Even after a years worth of wear (and I wear them daily), they look nice. My foot does not slide around in them during particularly strenuous workouts. I wore them on a vacation where we walked a TON and my feet never hurt. Super comfy, and I love how easy they are to slip on. I don't think I can ever go back to shoes I have to tie every time I put them on (#toolazy), ha! Pics show the new shoes, and then also a new shoe versus the one shoe I wore for a year.

Very cute amd comfy. They do run big. These fit like a 6.5 but its ok cause i need the extra room.

I read reviews about these shoes taking a while to break in and the back was causing blisters… however, I bought my usual size and it fit correctly around the foot and left enough room to not rub in the back. Some people are sizing down which is likely the issue in my opinion.I bought them 1 week before a festival and broke them in using a hair dryer. They were so comfortable and light for standing and walking all day. Love these

These feel great to walk and stand in for 8hrs doing patient care. They are also stylish and I usually get a good 6-8 months out of them wearing them everyday for work before they start to look a lil worn down for my personal liking.

I really like the look of the shoe. At first when I tried them on, they fit nicely, and are comfortable when just standing. Since they fit, I made the mistake of removing the tag without actually walking around a little bit with them first. When I used them for the first time out, the back of the shoe is pretty high so it hits my heel every step that I take. If I hadn’t removed the tags on them I’d likely return them & just look for a different type of shoe even though I really like the look of it. That is the only issue I have with the shoe. Otherwise, it is pretty good.

I’m certain the all-white NMD shoes I received (shipped and sold by Amazon.com) were not authentic Adidas. I ended up ordering two pairs in the same size (8.5) and returning both because they were poor quality.I’ve been wearing Adidas NMDs for years that I purchase directly from the Adidas website or the mall. I’m currently on my fifth pair. They always fit true to size in 8.5, are easy to slip on, and are very comfortable.The first pair I received from Amazon was stiff and difficult to slip on. The footbed was hard and uncomfortable. When I pulled the shoe out of the box, my first impression was “Wow these are HUGE!” I tried them on anyway, and they felt at least a full size too big. I thought maybe someone messed up and sent men’s sizing by accident… However the box said women’s size 8.5.So I ordered the exact same pair again — Same problem. This shoe felt a bit more snug than the first, yet still too big, and still hard and uncomfortable.I put these two pairs of shoes back to back against each other. Funny enough, the first pair I received was bigger than the second, despite them both being “Women’s 8.5.” And both pairs were larger than my authentic NMDs. I see other reviews mention a similar problem with sizing.These may look just like NMDs, but the quality and comfort is not there. So many things are off about this shoe. Save your money and buy directly from Adidas or a reputable retailer.

I'm a 10 women's and always have been so ordered the same. They must've been two sizes to big for me. Otherwise beautiful shoes but sizing is insanely off.

shoes have a sewn in liner that you can't take out so they do not work with insoles. The are not overly comfortable. if you walk on rocks you can really feel them.

Super cute and comfy shoes but definitely size down. I normally take an 8 but ordered a 7 based on reviews and they’re perfect!
