Overall I am satisfied with this case. I ordered the black/red version. It is a 2-piece case...a rubber surround that covers the back and sides of your phone and a plastic surround finished in a matte shiny color resembling aluminum. The surround looks metallic, but is not, and is a rather flimsy piece of plastic. Once on the phone, it's fine...however I would be very careful in removing and replacing it. Seems like it could break easily. Overall fit and finish is good and it fits my phone snugly.The case is attractive and is not overly thick, so your S8+ will still look almost as svelte as it does when it is naked. The entire back and sides of the phone are covered, with individual cutouts for the camera, flash, and fingerprint reader. This case does make use of the fingerprint reader easier as there is a very distinct "dropoff" that makes it easy for your finger to find it without smudging up your camera lens.Drop protection looks like it would be adequate in most cases, but certainly not significant abuse that an OtterBox would withstand. The case itself curls over the top and bottom of the phone by a millimeter or so, so you can place your phone face-down on a flat surface, and the screen will not touch.The buttons are all covered by rubber and work fine. The headphone jack cutout seems to be of a typical size and adequate enough for most 3.5 connectors, but if your headphones have a wider than usual flange around the 3.5 jack, this case might be problematic. The opening measures 6mm wide, 5mm deep and about 2mm tall as you look at the face of your phone.The cutout for the charging port is generous and should accommodate just about any charger. Wireless charging works fine on both Samsung-branded and generic chargers.The only thing I am not a fan of is the flimsiness of the plastic surround. This will most likely break at some point, which is unfortunate as it is the most attractive aspect of this case. Would be nicer if it was actual aluminum. It's OK at this price point (I paid $15), but I probably wouldn't spend more than that on this when there are other alternatives available.Overall, I'm satisfied.

It's a very sleek case. It's light, and I love the carbon fiber pattern. Sure its slippery, but its not a deal breaker. The frame is more flexible than I'd like however. I wish the top and bottom lip for the case was a little higher, and for some reason the power button is a little less clicky than the others. Besides those problems, this is a very quality case. Would recommend.

I was really happy with this case, until the bottom broke just from normal use. I have not dropped this phone. The crack was at the bottom of the case. It's the thin part below the USB-C port. It broke just from normal usage of picking up the phone from the bottom, which is a natural motion because of where the home button is. I wound up ripping the rest of the thin piece off, so it wouldn't poke me, but I'm definitely disappointed. I've only had the case for three months.

It's a great case for the price. Loots and feels nice to the touch, although the material it is made out of makes it feel very slippery in the hand. I LOVE how easy this case makes it to find the fingerprint sensor on the back, makes the switch from the 7 edge to the 8+ all that much easier!My main gripe is that the power button seems to be inconsistent due to the case fitting a bit loose on the phone. I have already double tapped or long pressed the power button without wanting to because of this.

I was looking for a new phone case for my Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and stumbled apon this phone case. After reading several reviews I ended up buying it. I got the black one with the red edge. The case is a great slim fit and looks very nice! All the side buttons work like they should when the case is on and there is a generous opening for the charging port and auxiliary input. The reason why I gave this product a 4 out of 5 stars is because it is kind of difficult to access the figure scanner, it's a little slippery and I'm unable to use my magnetic phone mount for my car with this case on. It is very weak when the magnetic piece is placed on the inside of my case and only works if the magnetic piece is put on the outside of the case which doesn't look great in my opinion. Overall, I would recommend anyone who has an S8 Plus to buy this case. I do feel like you gets your money's worth when you buy this case.

Really slim case. I dont trust it enough to not use it with a tempered screen protector, and I see that the sides give a little when you grab your phone in certain ways, and it is a little slippery. But it looks sharp and shows the shape of the phone well.

I love this case, it's very elegant. I love the carbonfiber look and the different colored trim of the bumper. But the bumper is metal/plastic, so once that breaks, you need a new case. I'm sticking to single piece cases from now on.

Love the case. It has a slim design so it's not too bulky. I purchased it in Rose Gold initially. Went to purchase one in black and red and accidently purchased another rose gold. I'll keep it and I still bought the black and red for my husband. No issues for now.
