40 Inch Giant Red Letter R Foil Helium Balloons Big Single Mylar Balloon Birthday Party Decoration Supply Baby Shower (Red R)

This is a big, red, shiny, foil balloon in a letter shape. My wife’s band starts with K and is her birthday tomorrow so, naturally, I have got a letter K.It is very red and very shiny! I didn’t have recourse to helium so I just pumped mine up with air with a balloon inflator. It took me a minute to get the nozzle into the valve but once I had worked it out, it went fine.It seemed to fill the straight leg of the K with air and leave the bent leg uninflated and did a while I was looking to see if there was another valve on the bent leg. Then I worked out that there was an opening between the two legs off the letter to let the air pass into the bent leg but I must have had it folded over and blocked the passage of air. With a bit of jiggling around, I got the air flowing from one chamber to the other and from then on it was straightforward to keep pumping until both were full. I think it looks quite a fun part of the display.In fact, I got two K balloons in my pack but I think that was a mistake as the listing clearly says there is only one. So I guess I’m just lucky!

I love foil balloons with valves because they last so long. If you’ve not used a valve you need a straw. You carefully put it into the valve and blow. Or you could use a low pressure air pump/helium.Little tip is to push the straw all the way in leaving just the end to blow into. Also try to separate the sides of the balloon to allow the air to get in.The letter “H” does need a bit of puff as once the right leg is filled the air has to force itself around the corner and across the middle and up the other leg. But it wasn’t hard and didn’t take long.Once it’s filled you simply remove the straw and press the valve down flat.It’s worth trying to deflate it as it will last forever and it’s good to recycle to bring back out again next birthday.This balloon is gigantic but obviously gets smaller once inflated…This balloon is a little more expensive than some but this one has better shaped letters and the seams distinguish the shape of the letters clearer but I can reassure you that this balloon is very good quality so I’m very happy to recommend and I hope my photos have helped ☺️

Absolutely rubbish. Ordered 4 letters and a number for my son’s bday party and obviously didn’t use until the day of the party. One letter had a tear in it so wouldn’t even inflate and the others even once filled with hellium wouldn’t float so was an absolute waste and needed up sticking them on the wall. Poor quality wouldn’t recommend

This is a great big balloon available in A-ZI ordered a 'O' to put alongside a number 2 for my daughters 20th birthday.There were 2 balloons in the pack, so you have a spare in case there is a fault or it bursts.My husband inflated it with a balloon pump at first until about 3/4 full, then used the straw to top it up. It has been up for 2 days, and is still fully inflated.Its great quality and a good size.Overall good quality, would recommend it.

This balloon is lovely. My granddaughters face when she saw it was a picture. We already had some gas to fill it as we had a party a couple of weeks ago so we could use it straight away.It is nice and big and filled up easily.Recommended.

Very easy to inflate and makes the correct shape. Colour is bold. Not the cheapest but definitely the easiest way to buy a balloon!

Big bold red balloon letter T it has well sealed edges comes with straw to inflate. Will be using for birthday celebration in June so have not inflated yet but have previously used the letter K and and was pleased with that I know it will be just as good.

Two of the balloons popped when inflated to the right size. A few of the valve holes split which made them unable to be sealed closed.Too heavy for helium, the letters just sit on the floor.
