Lester's Fixins Variety 6-Pack with Crazy Soda Pop Bottle Opener

The various flavors are not the best tasting, but we used this as a game for the family. I covered the bottles so we did not know what flavor we were trying. Each person received a small shot glass of the soda and had to try to figure out the flavor. It was a lot of fun!

I bought these for my team to try as a fun way to encourage our taste testing ability. The ranch flavor was awful but seeing all us all laugh, and/or cry made these more than worth every penny. The corn tastes exactly like canned corn!

Usually, we have a large family gathering for the Holidays, but this year illness forced us to cancel. When my sister called to share how the gathering went, she told me all about these incredibly different sodas that my older sister had brought, and how one of the flavors was unconsumable by everyone at the event. Challenge Accepted!The 6 pack of oddly unique flavors arrived in pristine condition. Each bottle was well wrapped in bubble wrap and snuggly packed in a cardboard carton.Being the over achiever that I am I created a tasting menu to accompany the beverages. Bacon to pair with the Bacon soda, Corn for the Corn soda, pumpkin pie to pair with the pumpkin pie soda, etc. Our family of 6 discussed which flavors we thought would be the most unpalatable and which would be the least offensive. Turns out none of us had a clue about just how intense this tasting would become.What unfolded will go down in our family lore for generations. I was laughing so hard by the 3rd soda that I could barely breathe. It was one of those unexpectedly memorable moments that families have where no one knew that a 6 pack of soda could create such trauma bonding.A word of caution: Mix flavors at your own risk. My oldest thought that, logically, buffalo wings and ranch dressing work in the real world so it should work in liquid form.No. No, it does not.The regret was instantaneous and deep.If your family or friends have an insane sense of adventure and are of strong constitution, then this might be your next bonding experience. It will be memorable that is for sure.

I initally ordered this thinking it would be a fun thing to enjoy with my friends, but I was very disappointed when it came 3 weeks late in terrible condition. The box was damaged and covered in multiple layers of plastic wrap. Upon opening it, I was greeted with a foul odor of rotting spilled soda, and multitudes of shattered glass bottles. I carefully reached inside and removed anything I could without cutting myself. The picture shown is a half spilled bottle of bacon flavored soda. This was one of the only bottles that was intact.

Have you tried the jelly beans with good and awful flavors and it is a game to see what you might get?? These sodas are just like that. We poured some in little cups and played a Russian roulette game. Hilarious!

The sodas were okay. For some reason they sent me the six sodas with one being pickle soda instead of buffalo wing soda. I thought that was weird. Thankfully I didn't mind, but it probably would have been frustrating for someone who had wanted to try all of these specific flavors. I just wanted to try weird soda flavors in general. Tasting the sodas was a fun family gathering activity. However, the majority of the sodas really do not taste as advertised. The pumpkin pie soda just tasted like cinnamon, no pumpkin at all. I wish the sodas had tasted more like the foods they were based on. I also majorly threw up because of two of them (the ranch dressing soda and surprisingly the sweet corn soda). If you're not wanting that risk, these probably aren't the sodas for you. It was also disappointing that the bottle caps meant I couldn't save or bring the sodas anywhere after they were opened. Overall I'm not upset that I bought them. They weren't as accurate as I thought they would be, but having fun trying these sodas with family was all that mattered.

I got this as a Christmas gift experience with my teen. Some of them tasted pretty good, most of them did not, but it was so much fun to try them all out together.

They are awful but an experience. It’s funny to watch everyone’s faces when they try them. I did not receive the pumpkin pie or the bacon soda instead they sent me three ranch dressing which if you as me was the worst one.
