These are good for folks with anemia or even certain blood disorders. Of course, I would highly recommend talking to your doc before taking such supplements in order to avoid issues from potentially taking too much for your body.I felt these were easy to take and the taste wasn't too bad (had much much worse). Great pair together which makes taking it much easier since you don't have to take two capsules.

It's a good supplement, but it has nothing to do with being a woman. I'd recommend this for anyone who needs iron & folic acid.

This supplement combines Iron and Folic Acid which gives the advantage of building and supporting the blood cells. As for seniors with chronic Anemia. This supplement is best to maintain the red blood cells in a pill.It is easy to swallow, has high potency, and is an odorless supplement that works best taken with food.Great supplement, but it is a bit too pricy.

I am overall happy with this product.I don't love the wasted space in the bottle - feels wasteful. And I wish the iron in it was a bit less more like 100% because I am taking a prenatal, too, but am still low in ueon but worry 156% might be too much? I don't know. We will find out though if my zinc gets low (iron and zinc competefor the same pathway).I do like having folate ans iron conveniently together. We are going to prepare to have another kiddo and would like to be high in these two.This supplement seems reasonably priced and is easy in my stomach so I would give it a 5 out of 5 for the product. Would just like the company to put in smaller bottles next time :)

I am anemic and I ran out of my prescription medicine for iron (ferosul 325 mg) and transitioned to using these supplements. I have not had any side effects from taking them. They are easy to swallow. These iron supplements are even better for pregnant women because of the folic acid and being easier on the stomach.
