I was very disappointed when I got my balloons out and started looking at them for my son's graduation party. Half of them had holes in them. I only had 3 that actually worked. Who new that they would be this way. The CONGRATS was missing the "g" and "a" and the "t"and the "s". This was part of my decor!! I should get my money back for these balloons.
