It is permanent so be sure where you place it,(Very transparent if you want to see your wood flooring like I do), though not entirely, just hope it stays clear and clean looking if not, will add carpet treads as the grip is brilliant. Best grips i've bought so far.. no smell either.

Excellent adhesive and does the job !I used outside , to stop our cat sliding off the window cill .However the surface is made of what seems like very small glass like fragments .I actually cut my fingers on it , whilst smoothing it out .I smoothed it with a scraper , and then sanded it with smooth sandpaper .It’s now over painted , and is fit for purpose .

Excellent product - used on 2 painted concrete steps in my house which were very slippery. The tape is perfect for making them non-slip so less dangerous for my dog who always charges down them..The surface feels similar to sandpaper and I can imagine them being difficult to clean once they get dirty but the safety aspect is more important.Also be careful to put them in the right place first time - I did not and the adhesive is very strong and removed some paint when I went to reposition it - this should not cause any problem on unpainted or unvarnished surfaces

Functional, not aesthetic. Has been fitted to door sill for under 2 months. Grippy, and good adhesion so far, preventing my toddler from slipping on the door sill.However, the tape has now discoloured in less than 2 months to an unsightly yellow colour making the door sill look dirty (see pic).I would have been better to just go with the black tape rather than try to make it subtle.

My sons kept slipping on the bunk bed ladder and so I decided to use this grip tape. I was worried it would be too scratchy but both of them said it was fine and there's been no issues with the tape coming loose after a few weeks now. Great product, would recommend.

It's semi if anything transparent. I am not going to damage my stairs using it. Rubbish

Works and stuck well to my wooden stairs. Looks good.. prob should have bought black as the transparent stands out more

You can still see it although it has a clear “Color” and it doesn’t have a powerful grip but much better than nothing if your stairs are also a death trap.

It’s just like cheap sandpaper, sticks well to the floor (that’s why 1 star) but leaves sand all over the place while walking on them, damaging the floor. Picks up a lot of dirt which you can’t easily clean. Also if you remove it, it damages the wood of the stairs. Absolute disgusting rubbish, not worth it. It shouldn’t be placed inside a house, maybe outside if you don’t care about the damage. This is my honest opinion, hopefully others won’t make this mistake.

Jag behövde halkskydd för att vi har lackerad trä trappa som vi halkar ständigt i. Denna halktejp tyvärr är för extrem. Jag rekommenderar inte den för inomhusbruk. Det är steget värre än sandpapper. Det är bara bra om man har skor på sig. Eventuellt den är inte jätte genomskinlig. Man kan tydligt se vita tejpränder.
