I purchased to print on ioProx cards for our employees. The printer works well for the price and provides a consistent output. You’re not going to get an amazingly bright print for a printer of this cost but it does a good job and prints clearly. Overall, no complaints at all except for the software licensing which requires you to insert the USB drive every time you want to run the program to print. This is annoying and this is the only product I use that has to do this. Once the software is up and working though, it works pretty well.

At the first I thought the problem is ribbon, I purchased 3 ribbon which costed me $180, also wasted so many cards because it kept ruining the cards. No customer service and no support, I just through out $1200 of my money

Overall this is a great ID card printer that is easy to use and has great print quality. The customer support is extremely helpful answering any questions and ensuring that the printer is working at 100%. Angelo from Customer support was amazing in assisting me with my printer setup and making sure that everything was working as it should.
