I‘m 5'3'', if i ride the 26'' wheel bike can my feet touch the ground when i sit on this bike? Thank you for helping.

How does this bike do on small hills with the gearing? It would be rode in a subdivision however there are small hills

Should do fine. Gear shift is effortless with a small twist of the wrist on the handlebar mounted changer, chain slides to new sprocket and you keep peddling. I have experienced no problems.

In the picture, the color looks liek a true turquoise, is that the actual color?

Yes the color was turquoise, but I do not recommend purchasing this bike. We bought it for our daughter for Christmas and had to return it. The fenders came banged up and the front tire was bent. On a positive note, the return was easy.
