VALUE AND QUALITY
A GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT AT ANY PRICE, BUT THIS WAS EXCELLENT VALUE. THE KEYS (TO ME) SEEM BIGGER AND EASIER TO TYPE WITH. THE KEYBOARD IS LAID OUT IN A SIMPLE PATTERN THAT ENABLES YOU TO QUICKLY FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE FORMAT. GREAT VALUE.....EXCELLENT QUALITY! GOOD VALUE CHOICE!

People are too harsh it’s great!
i see so many reviews saying it’s so slow and it sucks, it’s truly a great laptop considering the price point. i wasn’t expecting a super fast top of the line laptop BUT it has been preforming just fine, the battery compacity is good considering how small and light weight this laptop is, and has no issues loading up many things. i haven’t had any issues streaming content and it hasn’t frozen, there’s been a few things that took a short moment to load but it really isn’t as terrible as these reviews make it out to be! i would reccomend this for laptop for someone who needs a laptop for school/collage/classes and is on a budget!

Slow and battery issues
I bought this laptop 11/2022. It was so slow and such little storage that I had tk buy an external hard drive to make it work. It couldn't even update due to storage space. I don't use it for anything other than school work either. But after 2 years it would only work if it was plugged in. The battery would show it was dead if not plugged in. Right at the 3 year mark it wouldn't even turn on at all. It would light up it was charging but no power on at all.

It's a turtle but I can't be too choosy
This is about what I expected for the price point here, but going from my Ryzen 7 5800x and 48 gigs of Corsair Vengeance RAM to this potato is frustrating in all the worst ways. It can handle at most three open tabs in Chrome reliably, I attempted to open 25 tabs and the PC crashed. It's horrifically slow, from CPU to RAM to the WiFi card. That being said, the screen is pretty decent, I like the keyboard a lot, the touchpad is a decent size (I prefer larger touchpads) and the light weight is very handy. It's got a numpad which is a weird must-have for me, and it doesn't make the laptop massive to accommodate the additional space on the keyboard. The build quality seems nice so far and I appreciate the HDMI port on such a slim profile. All in all, it's exactly what I need, even though it's incredibly slow, I'm only using it to type out documents, check emails, and print shipping labels, so it's doing what I need, which is the bare minimum. I wouldn't recommend this laptop if you need to do any sort of actual work, it should be a subsidiary computer.

Great Laptop
I’ve had this laptop for over one (1) year now and it works amazing. No issues. I do all my schoolwork on it and it’s super fast light weight and very easy to use. It was a good buy for me. The battery life last for about 2 1/2 hours, sound quality is great and the HD is crisp and clean

EXTREMELY SLOW... until you fix it
I recently purchased this laptop and upon opening it started up and updated on its own perfectly fine how a new laptop should. After you get to the homescreen, it was completely unusable!! Extremely slow to the point you couldn't open any app or browser at all. Completely unacceptable for a new laptop on the market. I was ready to return and purchase another. Before I shut it down got it ready to be returned, I took some advice from the forums and deleted any and all Microsoft related programs. Microsoft teams, edge, anything that comes pre-programmed from Microsoft. I'm currently using Google Chrome as my default browser and not touching Microsoft edge at all. This will save your laptop and now it is running smooth like a laptop should. Completely fixed all performance and speed issues. Anyone who buys this laptop needs to ununstall all Microsoft programs off of the laptop because that is what is causing it to be extremely slow! Otherwise, you will have a nice smooth, easy to use laptop!

This is my second one.
It's brand new - not refurbished/renewed - at a low price. It's great quality at a low price. It is easily switched out of "S Mode" although, with Microsoft Store have more products, that may not be important. These things are forgiving. Now I own two! It has Microsoft's crap ware - 365, one drive, etc... but these can be removed. After experiencing a C: drive failure years ago I never store any personal or treasured files on my computers so a single storage drive is fine with me. This laptop's drive is quite large enough. I use an external drive for all other storage. Yes, important files are backed up to other drives.

I had serious problems be fore i did this...
I was ready to write an extremely negative post about this laptop because it would freeze up and become non responsive every time i tried to use it. After a month of trying various things that did not work, i finally disabled Microsoft edge and installed Google chrome as the web browser. Instantly everything is quick and responsive, no more lag. Apparently Microsoft loads everything they own onto these laptops forcing you to use it. Just remember, you can use aps and programs that are much better.

SGD $200+ only what more to ask for a laptop? Works as perfectly as any machine on more powerful CPUs I did my research, as long as the CPU is N4000 and above, it should work fine This one has an N5000 something It work absolutely fine for surfing, word, excel, pdf I am a reasonable techie In this case, I purchased and installed an SSD (can't remember if it was NVME or M.2) as it would run faster than the in-built emmc nothing difficult, just take out all the screws from behind and insert the SSD For all new PC purchases, I will do a clean install of windows from a thumb drive using windows 10 image downloaded directly from microsoft. I will then create a backup image of my installation on another drive Whenver the machine gets cranky or starts to slow down, I just re-load the windows image
