There seems to be no way to adjust the sensitivity of how hard to touch the screen to make the touch screen work and you have to press it pretty hard. So hard in fact the monitor moves ...
First unit I ordered was defective. No problems returning it and reordered. The second unit came it and is current being used, but it has some issues.1. There seems to be no way to adjust the sensitivity of how hard to touch the screen to make the touch screen work and you have to press it pretty hard. So hard in fact the monitor moves when you touch it "or in this case push it!".2. Also when turned off and then turned back on the monitor flickers for 20-30 seconds prior to it settling down to a stable screen.Although the price is right I probably would not order this touch screen unit again.

mostly good
generally impressed, for the price... I had to do the 9 point calibration the 4 point was way off! I also noticed the calibration is not terribly accurate near the bezel around the screen, also the bezel does not meet the screen surface all the way around. but for the price it works good, not sure how the screen will last long term so far it only has a few hours on it being used for a POS system.
