| Product Care Instructions | Metal Body: Always rinse the metal body after use in warm water. Any mild dishwashing liquid can be used to clean the product. The external surface of the metal body must be cleaned only with a soft sponge, since usage of abrasive cleaning pads/ scrubbers / steel scrubbers can cause damage to the exterior paint finish. The inner surface of the metal body can be cleaned with a scrubber. Do not use steel scrubbers as they can leave small steel pieces and scratches on the inner stainless-steel surface. |

Vaya cold case
Do NOT buy. This is not a well designed product. The stackability and the neat appearance are very much desirable but the fundamental expectation is heat retention. Very disappointing that the lid is loose and it retains no heat. Without a tight seal, I don't believe a hot case can work. Not dishwasher safe as noted in the back side of the container. Just a super heavy container with a loose plastic lid.

A new type hot case
As of now very much satisfying.tried with gravy and rice. Stays hot for much longer, when compared with usual type ones.Only concern is whether the lid be the same as it's now,in a long run.,as it is loosely placed.

STOP SELLING VAYA HAUTE case
Very poor product. Does not retain heat. In promotional photos it looks very good, but in functionality of real life it is a fraud. Request Amazon to stop selling this. Far better products are available at local shops.

Haute case absolutely is attractive , keeps your food hot and fresh !
Infact i gifted it to my mom for making yummy dishes for us and she was very attracted with the color , look and feel of the haute case ! On socializing with hautey the only dislike she feels its too good a look and regular use may take away the haute look ;-) and now hautey is mostly used and placed in the show case safely :-). Hautey stands out unique in the market and definitely a terrific gifting product ! Attract your friends and family with Vaya products, buy one today ! You will never be dissapointed.

Not ideal for carrying in hand
Lid is not with lock, hence we can't carry outside. Weight also so high that can be used only in home as a hot pack.

Smart and stylish roti box
+ Looks great on the dining table, compared to the traditional Milton type boxes.+/- could have had a silicon sealer ring to keep the lid in place- price is exorbitant. I paid for it since the Milton box we had looks ghastly on a table.
