Perfect!
I had my doubts on this pad but it turned out to be absolutely perfect in so many ways. I practice yoga and the studio has a concrete floor so even with a great yoga mat, the pressure on your knees can be extremely painful. I grab this pad and bam...total padding. I've started using it for my hands (protect the wrists) and even under my spine when needed. Thinking of ordering a second.The thickness is great and the foam is very forgiving. Kudos.

Solid Product. Made to Last
I've had this for a few months now and it's a quality product. Most of the cushions I've used before were soft but not very durable. It would crack and break in less than a month. This one is soft, protective and resilient to structural damage.

Súper Comfortable for Planks
It does exactly what it is supposed to do. I’ve used it during about 10 workouts now, and it still seems new. Great price. My 50 year old elbows are cheering.

Plank pad
Great pad. I use this for planking. Very thick cushion and doesn’t slip. Great value and you’ll have it for a long time.
