a very good seller and makes things happen. the new screen is up and running. i just have to get used to the color difference but im very happy i have all my stuff back

Out works perfectly well. True to size gray product. I only rate 4 stars because i accidentally order 2 by mistake according to amazon. They refuse to correct the problem. So i ended up with 2

Ist issue. The screen display is smaller in size. 2nd issue. Stylus pen does not function well. It need little efforts to write with stylus pen . 3. On Origonal screen pen floats like water. Very smooth . 4. Hard to write with pen. 5. Colors are too bright . Even after setting colors are very sharp 6. I think I wasted my money on this screen. 7. Advise.. Never buy . 8. I could not take picture before , because the feed back is always after installation. 9. What is shown in picture, its not the same screen. 10. Ripped off . Be care full

In less than an hour I restored my note 9 to like new condition with no experience. Just watch some relevant videos on YouTube an do as they say

I followed a few different YouTube videos for the install. It is doable for a first timer. Just dont rush. The screen so far is great. The only thing that I would complain about is the heat sink. Since its copper, whoever assembled the screen didnt have clean hands or wasnt wearing gloves. The oil from their finger imprinted and oxidized on there. I tried to rub it out with isopropyl alcohol but it wouldn't come off. I'll see if this impacts performance. UPDATE: 2 weeks in- The oxidation on the heat sink from my experience hasn't hindered performance. I would give it 4.5 stars. Not a 5. The chassis for the s-pen is not a snug fit. If you drop your phone even the slightest, the s-pen will fall out. Not a deal breaker but there were other screen replacements from different sellers for the same price. Not sure how those would compare but overall I'm happy with the purchase.
