Weird to blot yourself dry but wow what amazed me I have thick hair when I wash my hair and stick in a bun and 12 hours later still wet used the towel hair was dried in 2 hours bought for camping next year but had to buy a couple more fo home love this and can hardly wait for my backcountry next year with the small footprint

Sometimes “luxury” items are a necessity. Brought this on an ultra lite backpacking trip and loved how compact it was as well as the clip on feature. Unfortunately I have the potential to get a little sloppy during mealtime and when you’re in bear country, climbing into your sleeping bag with food stains on your clothing turns you into an extra delectable smelling burrito. Having the option to wipe down may not have removed me entirely from the menu but it did prevent me from having to hang my clothing from a branch overnight and helped me sleep better. This towel is also pretty handy in the case of wiping out food bowls, cups and stoves in the event of rain (which was excluded from our forecast predictions) so it was quite the commodity as I was the only one in the group to bring one. In addition to all of these things, it was really nice just being able to wipe my grimy face down after four days of being absolutely pelted by wind and dirt and accumulated sweat/sunscreen. I was able to clip it to the nearest tree branch for a quick dry or inside the tent on rainy days. Fairly absorbent, soft, easily washable, lightweight, easy to pack into its case and useful. Highly recommend.
