Game changing vitamin for me!
I love these vitamins, the price is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. They have all the good minerals a man my age may be deficient in. The flavor is very very minty fyi. I personally love mint flavor so I don’t mind, but for someone who doesn’t do mint you will probably not enjoy these because it’s a very potent strong menthol like mint taste

Mood improvement
Been using for 3 months now, i’ve seen a lot of improvement in my mood, hair/nail growth, and overall energy especially in the morning. Don’t really ever get the fish burps others have mentioned. Recommend

Who approved the packaging
Minty. Burps ocean flavor tho. Come on who approved a clear bottle white lettering. How many people have to complain. Fix the label or color the bottle.

Easy option for a multi-vitamin. I have not noticed any adverse affects. So far, this has been a solid option.

Maybe good vitamin, maybe not. No way to find out…
For those who blindly accept the marketing claims of a company and consumer product on faith, this might be a good enough product. For those of us who like to read details such as the percentage of recommended daily allowance provided in each category, or the source of materials, etc., these vitamins are frustratingly difficult to assess. They come in a clear bottle with white letters, making it virtually impossible to read without putting something dark in the background, such as a colored sheet of paper inside the bottle. Then they wrap the text around half the bottle so that you have to turn the bottle as you read each line to find out what percentage of a recommended daily allowance is provided by each ingredient. For this reason, even the Amazon product description page was not able to zoom in on the container to show these values, they would’ve had to stitch together two images from both sides of the bottle. If this container of vitamins had an easy to read table with high contrast text showing the nutrient categories they cover and those that they don’t, I might have given this a five star review. Unfortunately, packaging matters.
