I use them to hold/portion out chicken salad, dressings & toppings for yogurt/salads. Great for meal prep! The lids seal tightly. I have never had any issues with leaks, even if they get turned upside down! Only once did I have a lid that did not fit the cup. Not bad considering, I've bought them several times now. Highly recommend.
