I ordered this cheesecloth to strain the water out of my freshly baked pumpkin and squash puree. It did the job perfectly and clean up and washing was a breeze. I wish I had purchased this years ago, saving myself a ton of money on the expensive cheese cloth you get at the store which doesn't even hold a candle to this quality.

It's organic. It's durable. It's great!

There are so many things to love about EcoPeaceful and its products. I needed a question answered and Lena, the CEO, wrote back in a matter of hours. The cheesecloth (and the nut bag) are very well made and I am so happy that both are completely organic and made here in this country -- no excessive environmentally polluting fuel was necessary to get it to my house. Helpful instructions were enclosed and links to interesting websites were given. Now I can easily make nutritious and healthy nut milks and yogurts -- YAY! The packaging is recyclable/compostable as well. I wish there were many companies that took as much pride and put in as much care as EcoPeaceful does. I highly recommend supporting this company and others like it. :o)

I love these cheesecloths. I recently used a cheesecloth to strain my chicken broth. The weave is tight and the liquid flowed through pretty quickly. The broth came out clean with no residue from the chicken parts, veggies or herbs. Other recipes I will use the cheesecloths for are tomato sauces and salsa. The fabric is a generous square that fit over my large bowls with room to spare. The package is a 2-pack with two cloths in each packet. A must for the home cook's kitchen.
