Press refund, pick which ever type of refund you want ( to get money back, get a replacement, or keep the item and get a refund.) pick a location to return it to, and then they’ll give you a we code, whatever place you picked to return it at, they’ll scan the code and you can just leave it there. ( no you don’t have to put it in a box)
