Update 5/3/23: The company reached out to me regarding the leaking handle. They are sending me a replacement. So far customer service has been great! Will update again once new part is received, installed and checked for leaking.Original Review: I bought this back in January but didn't get around to installing it until March. Since installing we've only used it maybe 3 times (it is now end of April), and the handle has water coming out of it. When I read the reviews, I don't recall others having the same issue.I love the look of this set. The faucet has great pressure and so does the shower wand. I just wish I didn't have the water leaking out of the handle :(

No dislikes at all. Plummer that I stalled it for me. Was very impressed with this WOWKK Crome bathtub Faust. The the waterfall faucet feel so good letting it run over my arthritis shoulder.

The media could not be loaded.  I was skeptical about this none brand product and almost bought brand name product but it required some soldering skill and tools which I dont have neither. Instead I bought this item for half the price. It was quick delivered, the product loôks and feels solid in my hand. I installed to my jetted tub w/in an hour. Upon installing I discovered the handheld shower has some discoloration so I contacted seller and the replied me right back, the process was quick and easey, they sent me a replacement shower. In all, at the end they got one more happy customer. I will update in a few months but so far so good, thank you for great product and great customer service

The Roman Tub faucet is very well made and substantial , equal in quality to name brands costing over $500 or more for less than half the priceI am doing a custom install where the valve is approximately 7 feet from the spout to allow for the spout to positioned away from the area a person would lay in the tub, and they fabricated a hose that meets this condition and fits with connecting both valve and spout Great source for faucets

Worked perfectly. Chose this for excellent design. Used professional plumbers to install. It is sturdy and very pleasing to use!

We installed this faucet in a custom home we are building and unfortunately one of our subcontractors broke the spray head off. I posted a question here on Amazon asking how to get a replacement and the seller immediately responded. They were extremely helpful and easy to work with. They gave me a very easy solution so that I was able to get a replacement spray head sent on its way. The customer service was excellent. The faucet is beautiful and very good quality. It looks great.
