It’s the only organic Pho noodles I found on the market so far.The size of noodles is perfectly for the PhoTaste good and perfect portion for 2-4 people per packageI added some oils and salt in the boiling water and again after rinse under cold water.I also soak in a little water and microwave for 2 minutes to make it more chewy ( not everyone like this but me)It didn’t say gluten free but My stomach feels fine after all.Kinda pricey more than locals but it’s convenient and well packaged. I made these for my son who has celiac disease and used gluten free teriyaki sauce to make a stir fry sauce so that it was a very simple dish. Cooking it was very easy. First you soak the dry noodles in water, then you boil them for 4-6 minutes and then they are ready to go into your pho or stir fry or whatever you happen to be making. The color is slightly pinkish and the texture is exactly like white rice noodles. They do not clump together like other gf noodles that I have tried.My one quibble with these is the price. I was sent only one box for review and it only really contains one or maybe two servings of noodles. I can buy organic brown rice noodles for less than half the cost at my local H mart. Hopefully the price will be more reasonable in the future since these are really good.

This is one of my favorite organic noodle, added with beef broth and ox tail. Supper easy to cook “pho” at home.

These are good noodles. Clean and a great conduit for sauces. These are great for my gluten-free kids who are always looking for new dinner ideas. We like using these with sauces and stir-fried vegetables. There is nothing to complain about with these noodles themselves.The only complaint about these noodles is the price. At the current price of $12, there are a number of other options that are much less expensive. A little pricey, but excellent quality rice noodles. I would purchase them again.
