I recently purchased the Milligram Scale (30g/0.001g), and it has proven to be a reliable tool for those who need precise measurements. This scale is particularly useful for weighing small quantities of powder, medicine, jewelry, or herbs, making it versatile for both kitchen and workshop use.What stands out about this scale is its accuracy. Take it from someone who bought a counterfeit 1/2 oz. gold coin once and lost $650. With that said:This is a great scale at a great price. It's EXTREMELY accurate - down to the milligram (I wanted to test the accuracy with a feather and it did not disappoint). Although I just need to measure in troy ounces and maybe grams if I can afford fractional gold again, it's very good to have an accurate scale regardless - ESPECIALLY when it comes to gold and silver!I'm back into collecting silver coins and bullion now that I can afford it, but this is the first time owning a scale to measure and verify weight. I wish I had one of these a while ago.

Item did not work after 2 minutes of use. It was ok at first, I calibrated it, and then the weight of the calibration weight was wrong. I turned off then on and the numbers were going all over the place with nothing on it. I could not calibrate it. Replaced batteries and then it would turn on and the start up screen would come on, then would shut down. After about 10 tries it turned on completely and the numbers were all over the place again.

Ive been through a bunch of scales and this is definitely my favorite uf you dont need to measure a lot of weight. It comes with a few accessories that only make your life better although i wish the little pan it comes with could be stored on the actual scale because its only a matter of time for it to get lost but the fact that it comes with one at all is great. This doesnt have all the lights and fluff of some other more expensive scales but for pure function it beats out most other scales for the weight range

Bright, easy-to-read display, nice accessories. I tested it with calibrated weights, and I wouldn't trust it down to the 0.001 level, but it seems to be accurate at 0.01, which is really all that's needed for my purposes. Anyone needing more accuracy than that would be in the market for a scientific instrument, right?My only complaint is that the "wind screen" doesn't stay up - it looks like the clip that would hold it upright is broken off, and I didn't want to bother with an exchange. Unfortunately, when it's down, it lifts the scale up a bit, so I have to prop it up or remove it.
