Far exceeded expectations. These are awesome mugs. Need 20 oz mug for my 8 oz coffee plus frothed milk each morning! These worked perfectly. Beautiful coloring, perfect weight, and comfy handle. Cute and sturdy heart shaped spoons. Beautifully packaged. Would make a great gift. Great value for price.

I got this mug as a gift. The recipient said that it is now his favorite. It is a good large size for more coffee and keeps coffee warm a long time. The handle is comfortable and large for easy handling. The shape gives it stability, and the design is warm and inviting as well as functional. Nice color combination, great for hiding coffee/tea stain. It is a bit pricey, but I would recommend this mug. It makes a good gift.

These are quality mugs that hold the perfect amount of coffee. Size and thickness are great and we have received compliments on the design. Glad we purchased them. I was looking for the perfect size mug for a 12 oz coffee and these exceeded my expectation, so much that we bought more.

Good feel to this mug including the handle (the right size and shape for my hands). Not too heavy or too light: weight seems appropriate for its size. Not flimsy, not a weight-lifting exercise when I drink my morning coffee. Otherwise seems well made; and I like the color. My concern was volume -- does it hold the advertised amount of liquid? Some reviewers said it doesn't. After several carefully measuring several times, I determined that it does indeed hold 20 oz: a tight 20 oz, right up to rim. My method was to measure 20 oz of water and pour it into the mug.

These are very, very nice mugs. Large capacity, sturdy and the color is spot on. It looks exactly as pictured. But sorry to say I have to send it back, but I don't want a refund. I want a replacement. There is a very noticeable chip on one of the handles. Any other time I would have kept it because it's not very big, but it is noticeable. And I bought this as a gift for a co-worker of mine that is going through cancer treatment. And I just want them to be perfect.

So first thing I am going to say is I am kind of a collector of Coffee mugs in the way that I am looking for the ones I enjoy using. I wake up each day, I head down to my kitchen, and I smile knowing I get to pick out my Coffee mug for the day from my variety of choices and pick the one I want to use for the day. I have all kinds, I have your smaller typical ones with cute sayings, I have the larger ones that hold more with fun cartoon images with relatable comments on them. I am a Tea drinker and a Coffee drinker, and I have a cup of coffee every morning and at least 2 or 3 cups of tea every day. But these mugs are nice enough to be used to drink whatever your beverage of choice is! I honestly grabbed these mugs because my favorite color is blue and I liked the look of these. I liked how they had this textured looking design of different shades of blue swirls. They are a different shape than the standard mug as well with a fatter bottom and standard top. I tried my Coffee in one the other day and was pleasantly surprised I was able to fit in a little extra liquid then I anticipated! And who doesn't want to sneak in a little extra Coffee into that first morning cup! I did notice while holding and drinking from it I naturally put my hand underneath its base to offer my wrist some support. I realized the style of this and that little extra room will put a little bit of extra weight on your wrist while holding it. But I did not mind supporting it under the base as I drank, it was very natural for me and I only noticed later when my wrist was slightly sore LOL. The best thing I can say about this Mug aside from the color and style is that the handle feels natural! Some handles are uncomfortable to hold, don’t offer a good grip, or your fingers don’t fit in the space well. This handle was perfect and allowed me a really comfortable hold, and when you are having 4 or 5 drinks a day in your chosen mug, that is a welcomed and noticeable feature that you can see they tried for, and I was happy with the well-made quality I look for in my mugs. The only reason I gave it 4 stars over 5 is I was surprised with that little bit of extra weight that was there while holding it. And for me that kept it from getting a perfect 5 stars. Final note: I was happy to see this was also microwave safe and it did not overheat or get to hot to the touch after heating up water! A must have feature in a mug if I say so myself. I am happy with my purchase and have been enjoying using this each day, it has become my go to for my Teas and Coffee drinks each day! I will probably buy a couple more just to have around!

The mug is an ideal size for a good cup of coffee. Easy to use and drink from. It feels very strong. It seems like it is very high quality. I like the color as well. No complaints about this mug.

The cups are beautiful, but they are not as big as they state they are. Don’t quite understand why they would say they’re 21 ounces when I could only get 19.
